life is stressful. and it’s going at an untenable pace, at least for me. 😱 taking moments in my day to intentionally be where my feet are (and only there πŸ˜‚), to put down my list of unending tasks, and just breathe has made a huge difference for me. specifically in my ability to cope, to feel more in control, to be more of the person i’d like to be - happy, smiling, joyful, and kind. it’s a journey, eh?
