“your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by choice.”

You’ve gotta know this right from the start: I’m big into growth and change. But not just change, change with a capital C! The big meaty ones, the ones you might even call transformation. because isn’t that the really cool stuff? The seed that becomes a rose, the caterpillar that becomes a butterfly…you know, the ones where the end is unrecognizable from the beginning?
I am personally one of those transformations! I’ve been leaning into change and growth for as long as i can remember. And is it any surprise that my work is also about change? In my day job, I support transformation initiatives. I’m surrounded and I Absolutely Love It! 💖
My journey into wellness coaching started with a desire to understand my own body and the changes that it is making (read: perimenopause!!!). It’s super fun to pair my deep knowledge of change with my passion for health and wellness. It means I’ve got a lot of tools! And since the menopause transition is different for every single woman, having a Mary Poppins bag is a necessity. 🤪
The more I learn, the more I realize I don’t know. But I do know this, in every cell of my body:
It is possible, as a woman, to:
Be happy and healthy, at the same time, experiencing a body that will do all the things.
Live a meaningful life where fun and play happen on the regular.
Lean into this biggest of change of your life and thrive!
I just teared up a little bit when I typed that. It’s such a beautiful time and I’m here for all of it. Looking forward to linking arms and walking with you. There is an African proverb that says: If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
