you’ve gotta know this right from the start: i’m big into transformation. sure, small changes are great…but isn’t transformation the really cool stuff? the seed that becomes a rose, the caterpillar that becomes a butterfly…you know, the ones where the end is unrecognizable from the beginning?

i am personally one of those transformations! my physical change happened over the last few years, but the foundational emotional/mental/spiritual changes started long before that. i’ve been leaning into change and growth for as long as i can remember and supporting transformation initiatives for large corporations for the last decade.
