treat yourself to a moment of peace in your week! a sound bath is a super cool way to relax, letting soothing sounds wash over you (see what i did there??), quickly putting you into a space where your nervous system can calm down enough for your natural healing process to kick in. amazing, eh?

Mindful Movement & Meditation: restorative yoga with sound, hosted by Self Solace PT!
Delicious mid-week restoration, led by the magical Melissa Jones! $20 per session.

what should i expect from a sound bath? what will we be doing?
weβll move just enough to get the the wiggles out, then breathe together before settling into a comfortable position for the sound. from there, the frequencies will wash over you, bathing you in sound. easy, eh?! π€©
what should i bring to a sound bath? what will be provided?
please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else that will help you be supremely comfortable. think comfy clothes, eye pillow/mask, pillow, favorite blanket, anything else!
yoga blankets will be available.
